It's roaring down the tracks,

I can feel it in my feet,

it's coming.

The engine shrieks,

and the steam blows.

Everything is shaking,

as if an earthquake was coming.

But everything is calm

Nobody flinches,

nobody even batters and eyelash.

It's coming closer now,

I can feel it in my feet.

The engine screeches,

and the steam slows.

The wheels scream as they stop.

And all at once,

the world goes into a frightened panic.

Reaching,

grabbing,

dying to get on the screeching monster.

It seems everyone that was once calm,

is now rushing to one place or another.

But where?

Why so fast?

Where are they all going?
