The random lump is where the hobo Chester likes to hang out and mourn his dead hobo friends. The lump is full of dead rotting hobo carcasses because when hobos stand there the beavers grab them by their ankles and drag them inside the lump where they promptly die. The beavers wait for them to rot, and then eat their flesh off.
And they say beavers are vegetarians.

i miss last year. our carefreeness, and the random lump
once upon a year ago there was a hobo named frank. he was just sitting in a park one day. the richmond park to be exact and a swarm of beavers came and broke his ankles. they dragged him into the river and waited untill he was good and dead. then they dragged him up through a secret tunnel and into an underground cavern. this cavern is known to us as the random lump. more hobos came to morn frank and the beavers got them too before they even knew what was happening. the beavers waited and let the hobo flesh get good and rotten and then they came back and sucked the dead hobo flesh right off the bones. now more hobos come to morn there dead hobo brethren, and the beavers never run out of hobo flesh. it won't be long before poor Chester is the next to go. so if you go down to the park one day and hes not there. well youll know what happened.and you be sure to watch out when you visit the random lump or the beavers might mistake you for a hobo. they prefer hobo flesh but when its all water logged and rotten who can tell anyway.
and that is how the story goes
